By creating an account or using Raised Art Network ("RAN") you agree to these terms. Membership billing is covered in the Membership & refunds policy.

Raised Art Network (RAN) is operated by Adam Edward Sugiarto (ABN 80 630 866 805), an Australian sole trader.

Your work stays yours

You keep all rights in the artwork, files and records you add. You give RAN only the permission needed to store and display them to you, and to show anything you explicitly make public on the Network.

Using RAN

• Keep your sign-in details secure and give accurate information.
• Only upload material you have the right to use.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, or interfere with its operation.

Opportunities and third-party information

Opportunity listings link to the organiser's official source. Applications are made directly with the organiser, who sets their own terms and decisions. We check listings but cannot guarantee they remain current; always confirm details at the source.

Tools, estimates and prices

Quotes, feasibility, planner and costing tools are calculators that use the figures you enter. Live supplier prices are taken from public web pages, can change, and may not reflect stock, delivery or tax. They are not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Check important figures before relying on them.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that cannot be excluded. Subject to those rights, RAN is provided as is and our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding fees paid for the affected period.

Ending use

You can stop using RAN at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously breach these terms. Closing or cancelling never deletes your work without your request.

Changes

We may update these terms and will show the new date above. Material changes will be notified in the app.
