Membership

Raised Art Network (RAN) is operated by Adam Edward Sugiarto (ABN 80 630 866 805), an Australian sole trader. The operator is not registered for GST.

RAN membership is A$14.99 per month including applicable tax, billed in Australian dollars and renewing monthly until cancelled. Your bank may convert the currency.
Finding opportunities, your profile, privacy settings and exporting your own data never require membership.
New artist accounts receive 5 free, one-time starter credits. They don't expire, can't be bought or refilled, and have no cash value. They're used before monthly or purchased credits.
Each paid month adds 30 credits. Unused monthly credits roll over up to a maximum of 60.
Credits are only used by optional paid actions: starting a new project uses 1 credit, a client-ready quote document version uses 1, and a live price lookup uses 1 credit only when it returns a verified, sourced price. Searches that find nothing or fail do not use credits. Credits have no cash value.

Cancel any time from Membership in your account. No cancellation fee.
You keep member access until the end of the period you have paid for. After that your work stays saved and readable; creating new work needs membership again.

Monthly fees are not refunded for change of mind or partly used months, unless required by law.
Under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable consumer laws you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund, if the service has a major failure or is not as described. These rights are not excluded.
If you were charged in error, or the service did not work, send a request through the Contact RAN form and we will review it. Replies appear in RAN.
