Privacy

Raised Art Network ("RAN") is built so your working records stay private by default. This page explains what we collect and why. We aim to handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles and, for users elsewhere, applicable local privacy laws such as the GDPR.

Raised Art Network (RAN) is operated by Adam Edward Sugiarto (ABN 80 630 866 805), an Australian sole trader.

What we collect

  • Account details: your email address and sign-in information.
  • Profile details you choose to enter, such as artist name, disciplines and preferences.
  • Work you create in RAN: projects, Studio tool records, files and Practice records.
  • Membership and billing status. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe; RAN does not store card numbers.
  • Basic technical information needed to run and secure the service.

How it is used

  • To provide your account, tools, alerts and membership.
  • Projects, Studio and Practice records are visible only to you. They are not sold or shared for advertising.
  • Network profiles are opt-in. Only what you explicitly choose to make public is shown, and you can hide it at any time.
  • Live price lookups send the item name and the location you enter to a search provider to find public supplier prices. No account details are sent.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to host data, process payments (Stripe) and run web searches. Some may store data outside your country. They process data only to provide their service to RAN.

Your choices

  • You can view and edit your own records from your account, and request a copy of them.
  • You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information using the Contact RAN form. Replies appear in RAN.
  • If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local privacy regulator (in Australia, the OAIC).

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change and show the new date above.
