The Open Fund for Individuals supports research, development and delivery of creative projects of up to 24 months, including support for the artist's own time. Applications are open with no fixed deadline; decisions take ten weeks for requests up to GBP 20,000 and fourteen weeks above that.

What is required
  • Living in Scotland
  • Freelance or self-employed
  • Aged 18 or over
  • UK bank account in your own name
  • Project with defined start and end dates and outcomes
Eligibility

Freelance or self-employed creative practitioners living in Scotland, aged 18 or over, not in full-time education, with a UK bank account in their own name. Organisations apply to a separate fund.
