Victoria Daly Regional Council is seeking artists or muralists to design and create five murals across Pine Creek. Artists may quote for an individual mural, multiple murals or all five. EOIs and itemised quotations are due 7 October 2026.

  • Portfolio or examples of previous work
  • Proposed approach and estimated timeframe
  • Quotation inclusive of GST
