The City of Mountain View seeks one or more artists or teams to design, fabricate and install permanent public art at one to three locations at its new Public Safety Building. The building houses police and fire administration and emergency operations.

What is required
  • Residency in the Western United States
  • Aged 18 or over
  • Demonstrated experience with permanent outdoor public art
  • Ability to work with City staff, contractors and engineers
  • Ability to meet municipal contract, insurance and timeline requirements
Eligibility

Professional artists and artist teams aged 18+ residing in the Western United States. Experience delivering permanent outdoor public art of similar scope is required. Only the first 100 applications are accepted.
