Reading a brief properly
Most briefs say more about the place than the artwork.
A brief is a description of a situation. Site, budget, timing, audience, constraint. Read it as a set of facts before reading it as a request.
The useful questions are simple. What is fixed. What is open. What does this place already do without any art in it.
